RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Lease requires the Tenant to acquire and maintain Renter’s Insurance for the entire term of the lease. At the time of lease signing and before granting property possession, Tenant is required to present and show proof of Renter’s Insurance that includes Liability Protection for $300,000.00 listing Pridgen Enterprises, Inc. as an “Additional Insured” party (Liability Insurance costs vary from company to company but typically is in the $6-10 range per month). Failure to maintain Renter’s Insurance places the Tenant in immediate default of the lease.
